What is the Loading Time of this web design templates?

As is, the pages load at around 30 seconds over 28.8 modem connection.  That translates to 15 seconds over a 56k modem, and, ummm...  well, milliseconds over cable or DSL connection.

Only if you have Flash 5 or MX and you know how to use it.  We have included the .fla source for the movie with the web design templates package; the image itself it 250 pixels wide by 250 pixels high.

Can I easily change the colors on the left and surrounding sides?
